Delivery Explained

Delivery charges:

• We offer FREE delivery for orders within a 5 mile radius.
• Otherwise, delivery is charged in banded zones, ranging from £4 to £27.
• We aim to cover all of Hertfordshire and surrounding areas (North London and parts of Essex) with our ~25 mile delivery radius.
• The delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout and then we will confirm the order once checkout is complete.

What to expect?

• Once order is placed we will always contact you to arrange a delivery date and estimated time. If this is on a weekend or out of hours we will call you next working day.
• On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm an estimated time of arrival. Our delivery driver can be contacted on the day of delivery only, on  07908 161 604.
• We don't need you to be home to accept the delivery, as long as you are happy to agree a convenient and safe place with our team in advance. 
• In most cases we deliver the next day from order confirmation and in the worst-case within within a week.
• This delivery window can include Saturdays.
• Our lorries are the smallest of its kind at 3.5 tons, similar to the size of a large 4x4 vehicle. This should allow us access to most locations, but if you have special requirements please do call to discuss.
• We will only be able to move the logs up to 5 meters max from delivery on a level surface.
